Where it started
I'm a self-motivated, hands-on creator who works well under pressure and believes the best work comes from real teams. I started in hospitality — managing the floor at Delight Restaurant in Durbarmarg back in 2015 — and that's where I learned to read a room, lead a team, and care about the details.

Lunch Stop, my first venture
In 2017 I opened Lunch Stop, a small café in Samakhusi. I designed the menu, hired and trained the team, ran the books, and pulled in customers through social media and in-store promotions. It taught me how to build something from nothing.

Founding Dami Hami (now Dami Hami Z)
In August 2020 I founded Dami Hami, a startup magazine on a mission to promote Nepali products, spotlight youth talent, and track the trends shaping our generation. In 2026 we rebranded as Dami Hami Z — same mission, bolder voice. I lead editorial strategy, the team, brand partnerships, and run marketing across every channel.

Today: content & marketing
Now I work as a freelance content creator in Kathmandu — researching industry trends, producing photo and video content built to convert, writing for websites and social, and running Meta Ads campaigns for brands that want to grow online.
